Self Storage Across the UK

PE Ltd owns & operates a number of self storage facilities across the UK. Our sites operate under the Squab Storage brand. We opened our state-of-the-art facility in Daventry in 2015. Our custom built facility in Evesham opened in April 2019, with our facility in Rubery opening hot on the heels in March 2022. We opened our facility in Stowmarket, Suffolk and purchased an existing asset in Bridgwater, Somerset in July 2023.

Our expansion plans continue, and we look forward to opening a number of new sites across the UK.

The Directors of PE Ltd have over 15 years of experience of operating a highly successful self-storage brand.

With close to 300k sq/ft of self-storage space under management PE Ltd has a proven track record of developing brand awareness around a high quality & differentiated product.

Alongside our self-storage offering we provide our customers with a number of value added services. Our business centres allow small businesses to grow through the flexibility that we offer. Through our partnership with Hertz we also provide van rental services that operate across all of our sites ensure that ensure customers can easily more into our facilities with ease.

The investment that we have made in technology across all of our facilities means that customers are able to access our sites 365 days a year. At the same time, with customer purchasing trends changing we have developed a transparent and simple customer acquisition process which differentiates us within the industry.

Having sold our Daventry operations to Heitman in 2021, we are continuing to aggressively develop our self-storage facilities across the UK.

Over the years, PEL has been awarded are number of industry accolades to acknowledge the quality of our operations.

Our Daventry operation was voted one of the top independent self-storage sites in the UK in 2018.

Evesham facility was rated the best Independent Self-Storage facility in Europe in 2021.

Our Leamington managed facility was awarded the top independent self-storage facility in the UK in 2023.
